Personal values often symbolize an individual characteristics and beliefs that determine his or her behavior in various environments. Personal values and ethical standards are established throughout one’s life. Various experiences, education, family members, friends, and other aspects may influence the establishment of personal values.
Values are demonstrated through decision making, interpersonal communications, and work related behaviors.
