Check My Assignment!For this week’s discussion post, Raphael and I decided to look into individual contribution when it comes to team projects and how to make sure each member of the team contributes equally. This topic is applicable seeing as Unit 3 involves a group project. It will be interesting seeing as this is an online class, and we will most likely not be meeting in person. We think this is a very important topic when it comes to co-ops, and starting a full-time position as well. It is important to know what action items you are responsible for, and what to do in order to complete everything accurately and on time, and to not let you team down.
The first article that we looked into provides the reader with five steps in order to make sure that each member contributes equally. The second article is similar in that it provides techniques to ensure team members contribute, and how to keep them engaged throughout the project.
