Review the requirements for your final technical report, then create a mock-up of this report. The
mock-up need not have the full content of the final report, even in rough form, but it must
contain all of elements of the final draft. Specifically, it must contain the following:
The title page
A table of contents that contains page numbers corresponding to the location of elements
in the mock-up
Each section planned for the body of the report, containing at a minimum the main and
any sub-section titles together with at least one paragraph of text in each subsection
A reference appendix, called Appendix A, containing at a minimum seven references
documented in APA format (At least four of these references must exist in print
somewhere, even if you never see or handle the printed version.)
A second appendix, called Appendix B, containing at a minimum one paragraph of text
or one diagram if it will contain primarily diagrams
A footer on each page of the report (except the title page) showing the page number
A page number ii for the table of contents
Arabic page numbers in the body, starting with 1 and running sequentially through the
main sections
Page numbers in the form A-1, A-2, and so on for Appendix A; page numbers in the form
B-1, B-2, and so on for Appendix B
