Nursing Diagnosis : Imbalanced nutrition: more than body requirement related to food intake that exceeds body needs as evidence by weight gain. Through teach back, I will use teaching materials in a simple language with using less medical terminology in the pamphlet. The clients will be asked to repeat the materials I have taught in their own language. I will evaluate the client’s learning and re-educates the clients to make sure they completely understanding of the materials.
