Managing the behavior of employees in an organization is the key to developing good ethics in the workplace. Organizations have policies that define their culture and business ethics. Corrective measures should be set in place for any employee conduct that deviates from the expected codes of conduct in the organization.
Wal-Mart has a statement of ethics which guide on the manner in which its employees are expected to act. The statement of ethics also emphasizes on compliance with the law in the process of effecting its operations.
