Case Analyses When you read the case, look for the core problem that is being considered Upon which area of business does this case focus: Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Human Resources? It could be related to technology or data collection, but that would be less common – unless it relates specifically to those topics rather than how they impact one of the areas listed above. Now, what type of problem in the identified area have you identified? Is it an HR competitiveness issue, strategic direction issue, poor identification of target market issue, etc.?
