The commercial said, “CEOs and Business Owners don’t do 100 things okay, they do 12 things better than anyone else in their field.” This is important when dealing with Human Resources for two reasons. One, an employee that can only do one specific task isn’t going to help the company in the future. Two, if the employee has 100 different tasks, they aren’t going to be doing any of them to their full potential. The commercial wasn’t for Human Resources particularly, but studying human resources has me thinking in a different direction all together.
