One of the major roles of radiologist to assist patients makes decisions which are medically based. Additionally, these specialists also give detailed reports to other medical professionals such as clinical oncologists. Traditionally reports were referred to as findings which were presented in a summarized manner. Modernly, reports also include the scanned and magnetic resonance images. With all these information medical specialists can clearly understand the message described by the radiologist.
The technology of imaging has greatly helped doctors to do medical diagnosis and impose the right treatment from the results they get from images of radiology, which are clearly scanned. According to LAGNADO,(2016) a specialist in pediatric radiology, the role of radiologists extends from simply taking images and studying them, to helping clinical specialists diagnose patients’ medical problems. LAGNADO,(2016) in an effort to make radiologist reports easy to understand for the doctors, he proposed that radiologist should attach embedded images and other MRIs, immediately next to the reports. For example, a radiologist may attach a scanned image with a pointer which specifically shows a body organ which is affected by cancer.

English was my main hindrance to working within this group but at the end it was a wonderful experience, learning lots of new skills. Other challenges included time management, group communication and work uploading to Wiki. Within the group this challenges were corrected through time administration such as allocating and making time necessary for every step of the project. Establishment of a team chat enabled easy communication which in turn brought about work organization. Thirdly, I had a challenge of citing references in text but the group helped me out. All these worked together to make the team realize its ultimate goal of helping each other towards accomplishing a perfectly completed project. Beyond the project, future works through this group would be made possible to achieve.
